Associate Professor Lee Eng Geap
Associate Professor Dr Lee Eng Geap attended Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge University, reading Medical Sciences and Clinical Medicine. He completed his attachment in Harvard School of Toxicology while pursuing his basic degree in Pharmacology. After obtaining his Medical and Surgical Degrees from Cambridge, he was recruited as a Houseman by Professor Sir Roy Calne, and further pursued his Surgical Career in Oxford. Dr Lee subsequently enrolled as a Specialist Registrar in the Imperial College School of Medicine Urology Training Scheme in London and was appointed a Consultant Urological Surgeon in the United Kingdom. He was recruited as an Associate Professor in Surgery, Universiti Malaya upon his return to Malaysia in 2007. Dr Lee is an Academic Urologist who is active in Teaching and Research. His Basic science and clinical interests evolve around receptor mutogenesis in exocytosis, endourology and Andrology.
