Ms Hardip Kaur a/p Pretam Singh Dhillon
Hardip Kaur Dhillon works as a senior lecturer at Monash University Malaysia and teaches in both the MBBS and Pharmacy programmes at Jeffrey Cheah School of Medicine and Health Sciences. She holds a current teaching permit from Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia. Hardip Kaur obtained her basic nursing qualification as well as post registration nursing experiences in United Kingdom, Malaysia and Australia. She is registered with Malaysian Nursing Board, Board of Nursing and Midwifery United Kingdom and Nurse Board of Victoria and New South Wales Australia and holds a current Annual Practicing Certificate from Malaysian Nursing Board. Her working experiences extend to various hospitals, community and industrial settings within Malaysia and abroad.
She joined Monash University in December 2007 in the capacity of a lecturer and an academic coordinator for Bachelor of Nursing (Post Registration) programme CHSOM until 2009. Ms. Hardip Kaur continued to maintain her post as a Hon. Secretary of Malaysian Menopause Society from 2007 to 2011. She remains a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing (USA); member of the Community Practitioner (Health Visitor) Association (UK), and life member of the Malaysia Nursing Association.
She has previously published 4 international papers on the experiences of menopause amongst Kelantanese women and in 2010 published a monograph entitled "Menopausal Experiences of Kelantanese women". Presently she is involved in a study on urinary incontinence amongst Malaysian women living in Selangor.
